In November 2024 we were approached by a client to provide flooring for The Brontë Birthplace at Thornton Bradford which would be in keeping with the property at the time the Brontë children were born.

We had reclaimed Douglas Fir joists in stock so cut them into boards and machined into tongue and grooved flooring we then brushed the surface and stained with a dark stain and finished off with a hardwearing Osmo oil.
